Ali Asghar Hariri is the inventor of a Pressurized Fluid Hydro Turbine Power Plant system, which he would like to develop and further investigate.

He is looking for feasibility study, engineering analysis, and ultimately prototype design and construction.  The first step would of course be the feasibility study. You will find a brief overview on this technology and a schematic presentation of the system here.
