Yasaman has a MASc in mechanical engineering. She has experience as a research assistant (RA) and lecturer.
Her research focus is on renewable energies specially solar energy and its applications. Another field of interest for her is emissions modeling specially the formation of soot particles. She is experienced in numerical modeling using programming and also simulations using different software.
