WISE member Dr. Maurice B Dusseault, attended the Energy Storage Conference in Toronto on September 21st and made an impassioned plea for more efficiencies in the Ontario grid through the adoption of Compressed Air Energy storage in salt caverns. Ontario has excellent salt conditions along the Huron Coast and in the Chatham – Windsor corridor for massive renewable energy storage. His presentation can be found here.
