The Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation would like to invite you to apply to the Ontario-China Research and Innovation Fund (OCRIF): Round Three.

OCRIF supports alliances between research organizations and innovative companies in Ontario and China. From 2011, Ontario and China's Ministry of Science and Technology will jointly invest in collaborative research and commercialization projects that generate mutually beneficial economic, social, technological and scientific advantages.

In 2013, the areas of focus include: water/water related technologies and hydrogen fuel cells. The funding amount is up to $1 million per project ($500,000 from Ontario; $500,000 from China). The submission period begins May 1^st and ends May 31^st.
