This year, eligibility has been expanded to include community college students. Students may write on one of the five provided topics and will compete in the college/undergraduate university or university graduate category. The winner in each category will receive a $1,000 award and registration to the centre's 2014 Public Policy Conference, to be held in Toronto on May 30.
