The Emerging Leader for Solar Energy program (ELSE) is a program that empowers Canadian students and recent entrants to the labour force who are passionate about solar energy, sustainability and the environment to direct, facilitate and run advocacy campaigns. ELSE looks to provide recent university graduates  who are interested in entering the solar industry, opportunities to  attain new skills, knowledge, professional development and connections  within Industry & Government.
