Steffanie Scott Abstract: What does the food movement look like in China? What is the Chinese government, locally and nationally, doing to ensure food security and a safe food supply for its population? What can Canada learn from these bottom-up and top-down experiences?
Jeffrey Wilson Abstract: The presentation will discuss three research ideas in various stages of development examining the role of natural capital and social capital as building blocks of flourishing communities.
